Tropical resort, anyone?

The vision is beginning to become reality:

Now I'm just impatient for the plants to grow!

Looks fantastic! Hope that you got to enjoy it before the rain hit. How did it all hold up in the rain over the last day or two?

That looks great Kek, just watch out for those gale force winds and hail storms or the tropical setting may end up through your windows!

Bleurgh! The weather is driving me crazy! I can't get my planting done, and our bbq last night was seriously affected by the storm. Luckily we had no real damage, just the usual water under the French doors, some mulch washed onto the footpath and a very soggy bbq cook.

The outdoor setting is back in the alfresco room and looks like staying there for the next few days. Maybe we'll get to enjoy the outdoors next weekend....

Hey, Marshy...a bit different to when you were here, eh? You'll have to come for another visit!

Where did you get the pebbles? I am looking for ones with a similar colour.

Larajane, the landscaper supplied them, but they're the same as the ones we have in the front yard. Those, we just got from the local garden supply place.

They call them natural river stones, and they come in different sizes. They might be called something else by other suppliers though.

Shannan, I'd love to help, but our landscaper supplied the pavers and I have no idea where they're from.

They're honed teakwood sandstone though, if that's any help.
