In the mood

I have a newish version of Photoshop that I've barely used, so I thought I'd get some practice in by making a mood board for the lounge. I'm still figuring out the editing tools and I need to hunt out a few more images, but you get the idea:

Kek... I've been stalking your blog for ages and it's great to see you posting again. I love your practical suggestions and the way you can make your home look AMAZING without going into $20,000 debt buying the latest range at freedom furniture.
Thanks for the constant inspiration!

Well, thanks for de-lurking, Reinsey! :)

Personally, I think that when you buy up a whole bunch of matching stuff from somewhere like Freedom, it just ends up looking a bit bland anyway.

Hopefully, I can pull everything together and end up with what I'm visualising.

Hello Stranger. I've got a bit of catching up to do but am starting with your lastest post.

Apart from the sticks in the pot (I just can't do sticks in pots) I love everything you've picked, colours are gorgeous and the furniture is really nice. I can see all of that fitting into your home quite nicely.

Is the bookcase an Ikea one? My sister did one side of their study with the Ikea one and it looks great, and a good price.

lol, I should go back and start again. Just saw you have the bookcase already ;-)

I've been thinking about you the past few days, Toni - keep meaning to give you a call. Maybe after the crazy election weekend...

I remember you don't like sticks in pots. Thought that might get a comment. LOL.

Lol, actually that pot/plant/sticks looks alright :) I think the plant in it makes it look good.

Yes been busy here too and think of you every time I drive down Plenty Rd. I'll send you an email in the next few days.
